Due to the nature of our products, which are often custom-created and delivered digitally, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that certain situations may require exceptions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • A technical issue or failure on our side prevents delivery of the service or product.

  • The service delivered is significantly different from what was described or agreed upon.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a processing error.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind after digital delivery.

  • Custom AI services that have already been created, generated, or delivered.

  • User error or dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding service scope.

 

Request Time Frame

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

  • Your name and order ID

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting screenshots or files (if applicable)

We will review each case individually and respond within 3–5 business days.

Final Decision

Liviora Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our policy. Our goal is always to be fair and transparent, while also protecting the value and effort behind our custom digital services.
